Warranty duration and type (carry-in, onsite or advance replacement) are set by the brand and shown on each product page. Your GST invoice is your warranty proof - please retain it.

Refurbished laptops and desktops carry a limited Laptronics warranty as stated on the product page, covering functional hardware failure.

Manufacturing and functional hardware defects under normal use.

Physical damage, liquid ingress, burnt or short-circuited boards, unauthorised repair, tampered serial numbers, software or virus issues, consumables, and damage from power fluctuation or improper use.

Most claims are acknowledged the same business day. Resolution time depends on the brand's service centre, typically 3 - 10 business days.
