Shipping Policy

In-stock products are dispatched within 24 working hours of order confirmation. Configured desktops, bulk quantities and special-order items follow the timeline confirmed by our team at the time of order.

Chennai and Tamil Nadu: 1-2 business days. Rest of India: 2-5 business days depending on destination pin code and courier partner. Remote locations may take slightly longer.

We deliver within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are confirmed before dispatch. Heavy items such as desktops, cabinets and large monitors may attract freight charges based on destination.

Every unit ships in its sealed manufacturer packaging with protective outer packing. Please record an unboxing video and refuse delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with.

A tracking link is shared on WhatsApp (+91 98400 22860) and email as soon as your order ships.

Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. Delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailability, strikes or weather are outside our control, though we will help resolve them.
