Refund & Return Policy

Report any damaged, defective or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery. Unopened, sealed products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Software licences and activation keys, opened consumables, configured or custom-built desktops, and items with physical damage, missing accessories, removed serial stickers or damaged seals are not eligible for return.

Units found defective on arrival are replaced with a fresh piece subject to brand DOA confirmation. Where a replacement is unavailable, a full refund is issued.

Returned products are inspected for completeness and condition. Approved returns move to refund or replacement; rejected returns are shipped back to you.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection to the original payment method. Bank credit typically takes an additional 3-5 business days.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once shipped, the return process above applies.

Refurbished units carry the warranty stated on the product page and are covered by the same DOA protection, but are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
